1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to VoidPanel. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoidPanel website (voidpanel.com), client billing portal, services, and the VoidPanel open-source server control panel software.

By registering an account, purchasing any hosting services, or downloading our control panel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2. Our Services

VoidPanel offers open-source control panel software alongside premium add-ons, VPS hosting, web hosting, reseller server plans, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom professional email services. We provide both free open-source code repositories and paid, managed hosting infrastructures.

• Hosting Infrastructure: Servers are provisioned in secure cloud environments. Host nodes are maintained for uptime and server stability.
• Control Panel: Our main panel software is distributed free of license fees. Regular system and security updates are provided via official distribution scripts.
• Third-Party Integrations: Features like Razorpay for payments and external domain registrars are managed under respective api provider terms.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access the client billing portal or configure services, you must register a customer account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during sign-up.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login keys, credentials, and passwords. You agree to notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. VoidPanel cannot and will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Our server resources and control panel services must be utilized solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in any activity that causes network disruptions, resource exhaustion, or security risks to other tenants.

Strictly Prohibited Activities include:

1. Hosting, distributing, or transmitting any illegal software, pirated media, or malware.
2. Sending unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM) or deploying bulk mailing software without dedicated relay credentials.
3. Running denial-of-service tools, cryptocurrency mining scripts, or executing excessive CPU load loops that impact hardware stability.
4. Attempting unauthorized local privilege escalation, escaping user home directory boundaries, or bypassing built-in OS permissions.

5. Billing, Payments & Refunds

Certain products, managed plans, domain names, and SSL certificates require recurring subscriptions or one-time payments.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in the client portal. Prices are subject to change, with prior notifications delivered to your account.
• Payments: Handled securely via payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). By authorizing a payment, you certify you own the payment method.
• Renewals: Services automatically renew on the billing date unless cancelled. Suspended accounts due to non-payment will be terminated automatically after a grace period.
• Refunds: Since domain registrations and SSL transactions lock registry fees instantly, these purchases are strictly non-refundable. Hosting services may be eligible for a refund according to specific service agreements.

6. Limitations of Liability

The VoidPanel open-source control panel and all associated managed services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

VoidPanel, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from server downtime, data loss, email delivery failures, or security incidents on your VPS node or website.

7. Intellectual Property

The primary control panel code is licensed under open-source software conditions. However, the VoidPanel brand name, trademarks, logos, custom website visual designs, layout styles, and assets are the exclusive property of VoidPanel. You may not copy, replicate, or use these visual assets for competing brand names without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to edit, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this document periodically. Continuing to use VoidPanel tools and websites after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised conditions.
